Internal Sales Position within Life Insurance BGA specializing in Life Insurance, Annuities, Long-Term Care, and Disability Income insurance services. Responsible for supporting the Sales Team in a variety of sales support functions. Assisting with day to day quote requests, product inquiries, underwriting needs, general marketing efforts, and interfacing with agents and advisors.

Job Description: The basic functions of the Life & Annuity Case Manager is to lead the processing and underwriting of pending applications and to manage relationships with independent insurance brokers and advisors.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for brokers and advisors for all case processing/underwriting inquiries
- Manage all aspects of new and pending case processing, which can include inputting and pre-underwriting of new applications, ordering of medical records and/or exams, and providing status updates to our stakeholders
- Communicate with various internal departments regarding case processing issues and discuss resolutions as necessary
- Establish a deep understanding of all aspects of our business, customer requirements and service expectations
Experience: Ideally (but not required), 1-3 years previous experience working within in the insurance industry (Life, Health, or Annuity), preferably within the area of Case Management.
